How do I get 4G broadband?

What is 4G?

4G is the fourth generation of mobile phone technology, and by using the mobile phone masts that maybe near your property, and the use of an external antenna, we are now able to provide an alternative solution for a superfast broadband connection.

With reduced latency over the connection, 4G offers better connectivity for certain applications such as VPN and on-line gaming. It will also feel much faster when you are doing the day to day stuff like web browsing and online shopping.

Usage & Grant Availability

With a choice of two data limits up to 200GB there is no need to worry about running out of data. You can download and stream TV to your hearts content. You may also be able to claim £350.00 towards the set-up cost under the Government's Better Broadband Voucher Scheme.

We use specialist equipment

As part of the initial set up we will provide you with a 4G wireless router, and an external antenna. All installed by one of our professional installers who will be able to test the system to ensure you receive the maximum speeds available.

Speeds are dependent on your 4G coverage from your local transmitter. Many of our customers have achieved download speeds in excess of 30Mbps, in some cases faster than Fibre.

Are you ready to process your order? maybe you are not sure how to apply for your Better Broadband Voucher? If you have any questions, anything you are not sure on. Then just give one of our friendly team a call, we will be more than happy to talk you through the process.

How to Claim

First you need to request your Better Broadband Voucher. We will do this on your behalf, to start the process and request your voucher just complete the forms online, and we'll take care of the rest. We will apply for your code, which is linked to your postcode before the installation can take place. Installation typically takes around 10 days from your voucher being approved.

If you don’t quite meet the requirements, then please consult our speed guide for tips on increasing your broadband speed.
